Konga Partners Access Bank to offer discounts on purchases for 30 days

Nigerian e-commerce company Konga has launched a new initiative called Konga Yakata to commemorate this year’s Black Friday, a time considered to be the busiest shopping day of the year on the platform.
The Konga Yakata is expected to come up with smart offerings that would appeal to customers. It should go live on Thursday 11 November and end on Sunday 12 December 2021.
According to the company, this year’s edition is set to take on an extra dimension as millions of buyers await what was first described as Konga Yakata Plus.
Purchase discounts would be offered by the Company to buyers of various products purchased through the Konga Yakata.
The 2021 edition of the Auctions is expected to take place across the various platforms of the Konga Group, including online, offline or physical stores across Nigeria, discounted airline tickets, and hotels to various locations. in the world through Konga Travels and Tours, as well as huge ones among others on KongaPay, its fintech subsidiary approved by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
In addition to offering unmatched market discounts, Konga said the event will include other specials, such as flash sales, scavenger hunts, giveaways and bundle products, among others.
In addition, the management of the e-commerce group said it is introducing a new corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative in partnership with Access Bank Plc.
Through this collaboration, buyers can enjoy an additional 10% discount on their purchases, subject to the availability of the lump sum provided by the bank to subsidize the purchases of Konga customers during the 30 days of Konga Yakata.
Secured under the auspices of Konga Kares, its CSR branch, Konga, in partnership with Access Bank, supports the free delivery of essential and quality food items to needy Nigerians across the country, which can be purchased on its platform during Yakata sales. .
In addition, shoppers can purchase food items through Konga and donate it to friends, families, the less privileged and communities of their choice across Nigeria.
Access Bank has pledged to subsidize the cost of free food delivery to last mile beneficiaries across Nigeria. The quality food items will go on sale in dedicated gift boxes on Thursday, November 11, 2021, coinciding with the start of the Konga Yakata sale.
Equally important, Access Bank is offering an additional 10% discount to Konga buyers who pay for their purchases with their Access debit card. This offer applies to customers who purchase gift packages of food items to give to the needy under the Konga Kares program, as well as buyers on Konga Yakata.
