Forsta upgrades online group solution InterVu

Customer/employee experience and research technology provider Forsta has announced upgrades to its online discussion group solution InterVu, integrating high-quality video and audio for virtual experiences, enhancing sharing features and adding quick polls and other features.
Forsta, born last year from the merger of research software publishers Confirmit and FocusVision, has already strengthened its qualitative offer this summer with the addition of an ethnography application, Digital Diaries, and the acquisition of the platform of crowdsourcing and innovation HelloIgnite.
Forsta InterVu now features Adobe Connect 12, enabling high resolution 1080p video and high quality audio; enables sharing of documents, videos and screens; and provides real-time polls and a virtual backroom. The new version has an improved browser-based interface for researchers to manage projects.
